Acceptance
By accessing CyberENCSE (cyber.encse.com) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or its tools. These terms govern your use of all free tools, APIs, content and downloadable resources.
Acceptable Use of Tools
Free security tools are provided for legitimate security research, testing of systems you own or have explicit written authorisation to test, educational purposes, and professional security assessments. Using these tools against systems without authorisation is prohibited and may be illegal.
Port Scanner & Network Tools
The Port Scanner, DNS Checker and related network tools must only be used against systems you own or have authorisation to test. We log queries for abuse prevention. Systematic scanning of third-party infrastructure using our tools is prohibited.
API Rate Limits
Free API-based tools are rate-limited at 30 requests per minute per IP. Excessive automated usage is prohibited. Commercial API access with higher limits is available — contact us for pricing.
Content Licence
Articles, guides and reference content published on CyberENCSE are licensed under CC BY 4.0 (Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International). You may reproduce and adapt content with attribution. Third-party data (NVD CVEs, RDAP records) is subject to the source's respective licences.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to jurisdiction of courts in India.
